Expensive! I just went to the Botanic Garden with my mom, and we're garden members so it didn't cost much - I wasn't there for the actual festival :3

I actually DID go to Sakura Matsuri (or well, I got to see the trees in full bloom) - I was home last weekend - but didn't have time to get to the museum :D haha and yeah! I do indeed

thank you so much! it depends on the picture, but I'm kind of a perfectionist about neatness, so usually an hour or two for the lineart, and three for five for coloring and finishing touches ^^; which is probably way longer than I should take!
