Kingdom Hearts! Wooo! Or uhm, El Reino de Corazones....haha I don't know, Dad asked if it was a picture for Spanish (given that's tomorrow's final) so pardon the terrible translation. Aaanyway, it's Sora, in his Halloweentown costume, sooort of. I didn't have any reference, which is obvious, since some details are wrong - he doesn't have a mask, his shoulder pad things are gone, no fangs, one wing, the vest is kind of weird, the belt buckle, etc. etc. But whaaatever, it was fun; haha he looks so much more emo here than I think he ever could in the game. But! At least I can't be sued - look at that beautiful little logo up top, awww.
Yeeeeeah, I have to go study.
But I can't WAIT for the sequel. And Twilight Princess. Mmmmmm.
I like it a great deal! He looks wonderfully gothic, and you did awesome on his face! It doesn't look like a squashed frog! And I can't wait for the game either!

I really love the pose. The way you drew his shoulders pushed back is especially good because it gives him a bolder pose. I think you did a great job on his face (the delicate features and details in the eye in particular are nice) and I really love the overall shape of the hair. The monochrome was a good decision for this piece! I love the dark rectangle which really forces the light highlights out... nice work!
thanks so much! I had trouble with the pose for a while, and profile's are always hard for me I tried color, but it looked...cheesey to me Anyway, thanks a lot!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
