Not the usual from me...in my Digital Art class we've moved on to Photoshop, which I'm more or less already familiar with, but I still followed along loosely - the way she teaches us is by having us try to apply the ideas in an image (some CD cover of a black guy in BW with colored patterns).

The old guy and the paper texture are actually from stock sources here on deviantart, but I can't remember which ones...the pattern on the square of the paper I just grabbed from Illustrator. And the title is nonsense - in a reading on Japan's occupation of Southeast Asia they were talking about relationships with the former "suzerain" etc., and I and my dad both like the word. So, pseudo-CD cover from a class lesson?
